This ‘Writing Sentences’ series of books is designed to help pupils who have difficulty in writing complete sentences and provides them with motivating material for the necessary routine of practising this skill.

Published by Learning Materials Ltd, the ‘Writing Sentences’ series of photocopiable resources books has been written to provide motivating material for the necessary routine of practising writing basic sentences. The activities will be particularly helpful to pupils who, because of learning difficulties or because English is their second language, have real problems with writing complete sentences.

Throughout the series, there is a repetition of basic sight words and concepts, including colours, parts of the body and terms that define the position. In order to help pupils understand it, the text is supported by clearly labelled pictures. The 4-book series progresses in both difficulty and maturity.
