Enigmathics provides students with a range of strategies which will help them to become effective problem-solvers in a group situation. Students work in co-operative groups of four in order to discuss and try to solve the many problems posed in the resource. The problems challenge students’ understanding of mathematical concepts and language and help them to develop creative approaches in applying their understandings to everyday situations in which mathematics occur.
