Junior Learning Place Value Flips

Place Value Flips is a double-sided flip stand that enables students to build numbers across different placeholders. On one side are numbers 0 - 9999. On the other are decimal numbers including ones to hundredths, with a symbol page for showing operations or currency. Color coding is used to show different placeholders.
