Salubria™ - The Health Game, the card-based question and answer game that tests your competitive nature and knowledge of four categories: Nutrition, Fitness, Healthy Living, and General Knowledge.

OBJECT OF THE GAME
To collect cards from each of the four categories by correctly answering questions, and to make good use of strategy options that arise. (See ‘To Win The Game’ below). Playing in teams is our favourite way to play Salubria™ - The Health Game.

TO WIN THE GAME
The first team to possess at least one card from each of the four categories wins the game.

For a more challenging game, collect two or more cards from each category - as time allows.
